The Guys you sent were Mike and Dale. Just want to share my experience with the installation of my system.
First, they were on time and didn’t waste any time explaining what they were going to do and why. They work together very will and answered all of the questions that I had along the way.
After the installation was complete, they went over the whole system and made sure that I understood the system. Last they cleaned up the whole area and left it as if the system had always been there.
So to rap up, I want you to know that you should be very PROUD of these two guys. And are an asset to Team Axium! Thanks in advance for a very professional installation.

Axium honored their price match policy, ensuring I got the best deal. Contractor contacted me within 30 minutes of requesting service on HomeAdvisor and they were very courteous. Technicians actually showed up earlier than planned but only after calling me to ensure I could accommodate the new time. One minor disappointment was they didn’t use a plexiglass cover on the sump pump cover, but using the existing lid worked fine.
Matt Maine installed a Radon Mitigation System yesterday, and WOW!, he was very thorough, efficient, arrived right on time, finished on time and left the work area spotless!

Axium was courteous, very fast, efficient, and professional and answered all my questions promptly.
All of the staff from customer service to installers were very polite and patient. The installers were on time and their work was neat. I am under a deadline to reduce the radon in my house in order to sell it. After the mitigation was installed, I completed the home test which has to be mailed in. When I expressed my concern about the timeline, Axium offered to install a 48 hour test for free. I am very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this service.
Customer service person was very polite and patient. Great price too matched price. Scheduled me with a 3 day period and they were very clean and quick.
I gave them the wrong square footage, based on another companies estimate. It was way off (500′)! But they did the whole thing without charging me more! Very professional! Easy to work with!
I was made a better offer by a competitor, but Axium beat the price and after talking with the installation crew, I realized that Axium beat the competitor’s price and uses better fans. I would definitely recommend Axium.

My wife and I contacted Axium Inspections to do the inspection/Radon testing on the home we were wanting to buy. Wade’s professional detailed report complete with many pictures provided the needed justification in our objection statement and saved us lots of future heartache and money.
